In my wish world I'd live on the beach, possess a Whole Foods salad bar in my own kitchen, and eat magical zero calorie banana cream pie each day for dessert.
I'd appreciate every sunrise having a continental breakfast and purchase a German Shepard because I think they're really adorable. I'd check out Machu Picchu, bungee jump daily, and make s'mores to get a bedtime treat. I'd very own a banana bread only bakery that serves wines. Oh and I certainly would NEVER spill wines on my white jeans (it happened this weekend).
But that's all simply in my wish world.
In real life I'm producing big batches of pancakes on Sundays, chasing dogs around the neighborhood whenever they run away, and convincing myself to exercise daily.
Lately I've been trying out recipes. Generally on kids simply because they by no means lie to you; they either enjoy it or they don't.
Here's Ava trying out a layered cake I produced. I think I need to start renting kids for recipe assessment.
In a few days I'm headed away to California again! From the moment I first visited, I fell deeply in love with it. And today I couldn't be more excited! I'll have a million photographs and upgrade my about me page soon. There are so many things that I cannot wait to share with you.
For now, I produced you some healthy pancakes. Wait around… are they healthy if they have chocolate chips in them? That's up to you! I make an effort to keep them lower in calories through the use of egg whites, high proteins greek yogurt, and quinoa. I also recommend using whole wheat grains white flour.
But st let's simply eat some feel-good super intimate and always delicious pancakes.
My just problem with pancakes? Deciding if I need blueberry or chocolates chip. Since I love both, I added them to my quinoa pancake batter. Yeah my mind is pretty weird; however, my tastebuds are not. These are a gift through the universe.
Aren't you a little intrigued? Maybe puzzled with the combination?
Whatever your thought, I assure you these pancakes certainly are a good deal of deliciousness. Blueberry delicious chocolate chip pancakes are sort of just an important life knowledge. Something you will need to try at least one time.
Or perhaps a million times. Whatever!
Juicy, warm berries plus über creamy chocolates chips packed in a healthy little pancake. Take it over the top by portion them in natural maple syrup (or peanut butter!) and chasing with a glass of ice-cold milk.
Makes 8- 0 pancakes
/2 teaspoons baking powder
/4 teaspoon coarse salt
3 huge egg whites
/2 cup milk of your choice (skim, soy, almond, coconut)

tablespoon darkish sugar
/2 teaspoons 00 % pure vanilla extract
2/3 cup fresh blueberries
/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk jointly quinoa, flour, baking natural powder, and salt. In keto banana bread , whisk jointly egg whites, yogurt, milk, and brown sugar until simple. Add egg mixture to flour blend and whisk to combine. Add vanilla and whisk once again. Next gently flip in blueberries.
Lightly coat a large nonstick skillet or griddle with butter or cooking spray and heat more than medium. Drop batter by /4 cup onto skillet. Cook until bubbles appear at the top, about 2 moments. Flip cakes and prepare until golden brown on underside, 2 minutes. Wipe skillet clean and do it again with an increase of melted butter and remaining batter.
I used chocolates chips for a nice contrast with the berries, but you may use whichever chocolates chip you'd like
